This policy explains what information Jigsolvers collects on this website, why, and what you can do about it. In this policy, "Jigsolvers", "we" and "us" means the company behind Jigsolvers.
What we collect
When you join our launch list, we collect:
- Your name and email address, which you type into the signup form.
- The date and time you signed up, the country your connection comes from, and the page that sent you to this site. Our hosting provider supplies these automatically.
This website does not use cookies, and we don't run advertising or analytics trackers on it.
How we use it
- To email you about Jigsolvers and our crowdfunding launch, including the launch price you signed up for.
- To understand how many people are interested and where they come from.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers to run this website and our launch. They can only use your information to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and stores the signup list.
- Boost Your Campaign, our marketing agency, manages the website and the launch list for us.
- If we start sending launch emails through an email service, it will receive your name and email address for that purpose.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until our crowdfunding campaign has ended and we no longer need it to contact you about Jigsolvers, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices and rights
- You can unsubscribe using the link in any email we send.
- You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing jeff@jigsolvers.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live, for example California, Canada or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us and we'll help.
Children
This website and the launch list are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
Your information is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to the people who run our launch.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
